Creighton 28-5, ranked #24

Creighton shoots 43% as a team on 3-pointers(270-636)
Top three guys have made over 50 3's each on the year, shooting 50,47 and 41 percent on 3's.
One common opponent, Wichita. Bama won and Creighton split in their two games.

Tough draw, Bama will need to figure out how to defend a 3-point offense to have a chance.

McDermott is a great offensive player. 61/49.5/80. He can post up and score inside or hit a three from anywhere.

They got wrecked by Wichita in the only game I watched them.

Their defense blows

But, seriously, I hate teams like them. You can play your best, but if they are dialed in...

C'mon now. Be positive. It's not like we're playing Duke.

Yep. If they are hitting, there is absolutely nothing we will be able to do to stop them. It usually takes teams like that a while to find their range in unfamiliar arenas though, so we have that going for us. Maybe.

Mizzou fans said the same thing when we played Wichita. I'll take some solace in that.

we played creighton in the opening round about 10 years ago(7/10 matchup) at the metro dome in minnesota, IIRC... big domes like that w/o a background for depth perception can cause problems (somehow we won).

greensboro probably not so much... but still unfamiliar territory can give shooters trouble.

Those type of players have killed Bama this year. I say put Cooper on him and try to shut him down. Stopping him will be the one fo the keys to the game.

That's going to be tough. I'd let him get his and try to limit their other scorers
