Obviously it may not happen but it seems to be a real possibility.

Jonathan Allen
Reuben Foster
Marlon Humphrey
Cam Robinson

The above mentioned players have all been mocked in the top 10. We also know that edge rusher Tim Williams is a possible first round pick.

Has another team ever saw four guys go in the top 10? It would be a really special accomplishment if it indeed happens and even if it doesn't it appears likely that at least 5 Tide players will go on day one. Should really help in recruiting future first rounders.

Seems a bit unrealistic. Obviously they're all likely first rounders, but all top 10? At the very least, unless a team is absolutely desperate for a DB or he absolutely destroys the combine, it seems unlikely Marlon Humphrey is going to get a top 10 pick. Just not as safe a pick as the other three, at least not yet. I can see him staying another year and becoming a top 10 lock. Just not this year.

You sound like a typical LSU fan... "OMG... LSu has a lock on 7 first round draft picks..." "Oh god... best OL in the country.." "Oh look, ... once in a generation RB.." etc.

For geezzzzzz sake Commander, quit acting like we play Alabama football for first round draft picks. That is an individual "honor," not a NC team goal. Just STFU...please...and quit embarrassing us.

I think most of us feel that way about Marlon. If he declares he will indeed destroy the combine. He is one of the fastest football players in America. He is physical in run support too. Gives up the big play but according to mock drafts the scouts love him. I obviously want to see him come back next year.

And last year we had 5 first rounders. Oops, I mean 1.

I don't even think Humphrey is ready for the next level yet. No way I'd spend a first round pick on him.

No, he sounds like a typical BAMA fan...arrogant, self absorbed, and thinking that Bama's recent run is divine right. Where were you all back in the early 2000's. I remember before Tigerdrippings become main stream that I only had some Ole Miss and Auburn fans to have respectful ribbings on Espn's fan zone. You have the most "jump on the bandwagon" non-Alumni fan base that I have ever seen.

Agree with you about Humphrey but I think Cam could be a top 10 pick and will be a good player in the NFL. Lane's bullshite offense and Cristobal's shitty coaching has made him look worse than he is.

Nah. Pete Carroll already did that ... first to Texas and then to New England in the SB.

While there's definitely some arrogance involved here (I have no way to form an opinion on his alumnus status) do you not remember what lots of LSU fans were doing before the last draft? The point about resembling them wasn't without foundation.

Bama players don't worry about draft status anymore during the season.
It's been outlawed.

It's not impossible but it's way more likely to be 4 guys in the top 20

I'm hoping Allen is #1 overall though. I think his ability to play anywhere on the line and dominate makes him a better pick than Garrett

You sound a little butthurt. I graduated in 1999 and endured the Dubose era at Alabama. Your stereotypes are only echoed because of your own insecurities and obvious envy of the Alabama football program. I wasn't aware that football discussion was frowned upon here so I apologize if that is the case. I really would of discussed this on the Alabama team forum but I can't post there for some reason.

I'll put up a ban bet against you that Alabama doesn't beat the four in the top twelve of Ohio State last year.

Dude, like I care if they do. I was really just looking for conversation after checking some mock drafts. Who the hell would bet on something that stupid? I care much more about what they accomplish on the field "before" the NFL. Get outta here with this shite. I didn't start this thread as a dick measuring contest. Your class last year was one of the best ever. Nothing but respect.

I only offered it because you kept defending it. Same respect for Alabama and what they've accomplished.
