Not only will it not happen...it should not happen. The goal of the BCS is to find out who the No.1 team in the nation is. If you have six points in an overtime game....and did not make the red zone once....you are not them.

We can look on film and say Alabama is No. 2 but how do we know this? We know they're not No.1 so the BCS will find out if OU, OSU, or Stanford is.

If LSU hammers whoever in the BCS game...Alabama can move back to no 2 on the final poll.

No. But you're right they did get in once. Point is still the same....Alabama can be No.2 on the final poll but that is it.
