We should treat him like a true freshman right?

Coker? Well, he's a fourth year Junior who has been coached by Jimbo Fisher for 3 years. He's further along than a true freshman would be, but I could see a lot of "freshman" mistakes if he even starts.

I'd expect a lot of threads like this once Lsu's season inevitably tanks. The bayou tigers are now Bama's biggest lil bro.

We own the deed to most of that state anyway.

I wish Alabama would just go on a Pere Carroll type run and just obliterate everybody they could just because we could. Nick Saban just needs to frick sportsmanship for one year and blow a hole in teams like Ole Miss and Tennessee who think they are slowly starting to begin to compete with the big boys.

Bama's gonna put up 60+ on the Vols this year. Book it.

I wouldn't get too cocky. UGA had an historic offense lined up last year before everyone and their mother went down to injury during the season. You never know how the ball will bounce.

True.. but Bama has more depth on offense than Ga did last year... OL is the one area we will need to stay relatively healthy however.

If either QB is competent enough and Saban stops being a pussy in the 4th quarter, then it could be the best in school history. Doubt it puts him Oregon or Baylor numbers though. Florida/LSU alone could hold Bama to less than 30 combined points.

How is this possible when 2 years ago you had better Oline, Running Backs and quarterback than you will have this year and still couldn't get it done? (Be the best offense in Bama history)

Saban keeps saying this year will reshape Bama's identity. Maybe he plans to just obliterate teams. He can't keep preaching to them that every play matters and then let up in the fourth quarter because it doesn't matter. That breeds the complacency more than anything.

0-2 in his last two games.

Talk is all Saban has...

And 3-0 in the past three games against LSU.

See what happens when you pick arbitrary parameters?

I'm talking about West Virginia, FAU, Southern Miss, Western Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and Arkansas. And then Auburn and Mississippi State's defense don't particularly scare me.

But Florida/LSU/Ole Miss could give us a lot of problems. As could MSST, though like I said before, not too afraid of them.

Even firing on all cylinders.. their offense won't be as good as LSUs last season.

Mett, Hill, Odell Beckham Jr, and Jarvis Landry.. all better across the board than what Bama has lined up this season. Difference is that 2014 Bama is a more complete team than 2013 LSU was.

Nussmeier was a shite playcaller and didn't take advantage of weaknesses/create mismatches.

Hill was the best RB in the SEC last season besides Gurley. Beckham Jr got drafted #12 overall. Landry was drafted in the 2nd round and is tearing it up in his NFL camp. Mett was a better QB in 2013 than Coker/Sims will be in 2014.

Yeah.. 2013 LSU offense was better than the 2014 Bama offense will be. That's pretty simple to see. I'd even say that the 2013 LSU offense is the absolute ceiling for the 2014 Bama offense.

He's the best OC Alabama has ever had and you guys think he was fired to make room for Lane Kiffin
