This game will have an entirely different feel late in the game. Bama sets tempo first half, LSU wins late with amazing 'D' and capable 'O'.

Role reversal........Lil Nicky is going to implode!!!

Gonna be fun!

You better pray Etling has a great game and hits receivers under pressure. Otherwise your awesome D won't look so awesome midway through the 3rd when they are absolutely gassed because your offense just couldn't sustain drives.

Think LSU has a better overall defense but Bama has the personnel to force you guys to throw the ball. Etling isn't a runner and he doesn't throw well enough to get it done vs Bama if they load up on the run.

Bama will run for 250+ yards on LSU. The LB play is better at LSU this year than last, but the interior D-line is still average at best. I think most rational tiger fans will admit they have not had any impact players there since Michael Brockers and Bennie Logan left.

Bama's offensive line is better this year. It's the best O-line for Bama since 2012.

The only thing that really matters in these games is the line of scrimmage.

Bama dominated for 250+ rushing yards while holding LSU to 54 yards on 26 attempts.

LSU has really done nothing to close the gap, but bring in Valentine who is really a sloppy disappointment at this point.

I'm really not worried about LSU's ability to stop Alabama. Hurts isn't a great passer, and LSU is built to defend the zone read.

The big match-up will be LSU's offense vs. Alabama's defense. LSU has to throw early and avoid turnovers in order to set up the running game later on. And they have to run it relatively effectively. Alabama's secondary isn't amazing, but when you drop back to pass, you open yourself up to the assault of their pass rush. I'm sure LSU will be one of, if not the best O-lines Alabama has faced this season. However, I don't think that matters too much. They will get after the quarterback against anyone. We have to find a way to protect Etling, and give him some easy throws that can keep him out of danger.

I think it's going to be a low-scoring game, I think.

I will be glad when Nov. 6 gets here, most of the LSixU
fans will be back over at the TigerRant hiding and talking about running Coach O outta of town.

Good thing for Bama is that the offense has the personnel to run multiple formations, styles and is capable of running pro set, zone read, shot gun, I, etc.

Sure Bama has incorporated more zone read option and RPO into their arsenal of plays. Just has made it more diverse and harder to game plan against.

While Lane can be frustrating with his play calling the man is a hell of an offensive mind and will have a great game plan. I trust him much more than the jokers L5u have running their offense.

Etlings legs, although not a speedster, may make the 2-3 plays that change the direction of this game. Critical 3rd down sort of plays. Call it a hunch
