Does anyone realize that Bama won an opening game against a BCS school on the road by 25 points while obviously not playing it's best game? That should actually tell you how good they are AS A TEAM. Sure the o-line had some issues but it's going to be might hard for anyone to score on that defense. People are completely going overboard with the "Bama has problems" shite.

Tim Brando says the dumbest shite just to get people interested in him. He is Skip Bayless and Stephen A. This is the truth.

A&M played a guy who isn't as nose tackle at nose, a freshman at strongside abd rush end, and had 6 STARTERS out on D. You think that MAY be why it looked bad?

I think Bama does have a few issues that may cost them dearly, this season. But that A&M defense looked like it was made of bed sheets against Rice....I guess we'll find out which weakness wins out

While making your plans for this season, better plan on beating Bama yourselves. Just in case someone forgets to do it for you.

+1. They did what they needed to do to win. LSU always looks like shite against lesser opponents and they still manage to win often. It happens. Bama is gonna destroy A&M.

The reason for that is shitty depth. As evidenced by LA Tech and Rice this year, your defense is still a shite big 12 defense. It'll be a few years before that defense gets some beef. And by then Johnny money ball will be gone. So A&M will once again be shite. Just like they historically have always been.

I'd hardly say that was a "road game".

But if you think this Bama squad looked as sharp as last year's Bama team at this same point of the season....Come on.

The good news for you all is the season is in it's infancy- and improvement obviously can be made. But Nick's got work to do.

That schedule will come in very handy, this season....

Oh yeah, Bama has major issues and A&M is just a total powerhouse, and the 500+ yards against DeVry was just a fluke.

That's the type of strong take that I like to see. Here is a ranking of the best generic school names to use in place of a team's weak opponent:

1) DeVry Institute
2) Little Sisters of the Poor
3) University of Phoenix
4) School for the Deaf, Dumb, and Blind
5) Mississippi State
6) Any sunbelt school
7) Non-Cardinal Directional State University
8) Misdirection State University
9) Austin Peay
10) Fellatio Roberts

Yeah, he got one right. He picked Ole Miss, then LSU and then TAMU.

Brando is a huge, know it all, pompous douchebag. He can eat a dick.

WHEN is the last time Brandeaux picked Bama in a big game?

He must love hot steaming crow. But he never has to eat it because when the day of reckoning comes he has his screeners cut off the I told you so callers.

Did you watch the second half of that game? A&M defense may not be lights out but will be able to keep them in any game imo
