this is not news dude, if you take a poll of bama fans the majority will say 8-10 wins.

If McElroy goes down we will be in trouble though

Could be right...we didn't think they'd be 12-0 last year, and we don't think they'll be 8-4 this year, but you never know.

So, you are "marking" 13-1 with a SEC Champ. and National Champ. or 11-1 reg season with an o-fer in the post season yet again. Just want to make sure of what I'm marking.

I think Bama wins the SEC this year, gets defeated in the National Championship game.

VT will be nothing like the Clemson game. that'll be a tough test for Bama right out the gate.

they probably lose at ole miss.

most fans on here would have LSU beating them..

and then possibly a sleeper team beats them: tennessee, south carolina, or arkansas.. but all 3 of those games are at bama..

bama wins that first game they are well on their way to a great season again.. bc the schedule is very favorable this season.

VT is the most overrated team year after year right along with Clemson. The same shite was said last year and we utterly destroyed them and ruined them for the season.

I don't think you can compare VT to Clemson. Clemson has never won anything. VT has won the ACC several times when they were picked to do so. Also, VT has a good coaching staff that has not choked every time they are picked to be good over the years. It wouldn't be the first time that Beamer has outcoached Saban.

I think the same, if we get by Vtech, I think we have a good shot at this thing, I really do. We should have a few weeks to get everything down before starting SEC play.

I wouldn't count Kentucky out just yet. It'll be early in the season @ Commonwealth. UK almost won the game last year @ Bama, with a worse team than they will have this year.

I could see a surprise upset.

I think they lose three.
As simple as a new QB.
And one of em will be an embarrassment.
I also think they come back in 2010 like a Monster.
That's the Saban rollercoaster.

His teams always play down to the competition, and he regularly loses games when he has the better team.

i don't think that they will lose 4. but, after their first game of the season, the people in tuscaloosa will be very upset about Saban's 3rd loss in a row.

and, believe me, we will smoke them on here about it on sunday.
