They are. With BAMA recruiting and Stanford player development, the Cardinal would not have gotten bent over by Johnny Football. I don't see how this is debatable.

Alabama just won the SEC West division and the SEC championship. Alabama is playing for another National Championship. Neither Stanford or Texas A&M are playing for a National championship.
