Ags must be able to produce long drives with minimal substitutions. Go up tempo and try to wear out the big fellas.

This is our punchers chance.

You are losing track here. This arguement is not about what LSU did against Auburn. We beat you already, this has no merit. Its about A&M vs Bama.

We also did not turn the ball over. That is gonna be a huge key to victory.

It actually does have merit. Our argument is that we can run the ball. You are asking against whom. And I'm telling you that we've run it on teams that you had little success against. And you played Bama and didn't do great on O, but okay. Ergo, we have a shot at running it some v Bama.

Another thing: Why are LSU fans posting more on A&M v Bama than Bama fans are? Odd.

In reality though, LSU burned the hell out of the A&M Secondary and I think Bama will get to take some shots downfield because of that.

WTF are you talking about? You threw for 97 yards on 11/29 passing against us.

Yup, stated that earlier as well - I think we'll get yards on Bama. But that won't matter if we turn the ball over. Key is can we have the discipline to just live for another down. JFF is getting better at this, but there are still times when he tries to do too much. If we don't turn it over or turn it over a max of 1 time we have a shot. If you start going much higher then there is no shot. No matter how well we move the ball, because Bama is not turning it over.

I think we have a shot if we can get our offense going. This seems obvious but our O can get into a rhythm and that rhythm feeds off itself.

We'll need a lot of short quick passes and then some decent runs to keep the chains moving.

In watching the LSU/Bama game, Bama's D really appeared tired in the second half and I think I saw that LSU ran 83 plays which was the most Bama saw all year.

We are averaging 83 plays so if we can tire out their D, I think we have a shot.

I do not believe we are going to win but I do honestly believe our team has a chance to steal one but we have to play lights out and we just cannot turn it over.

I'm hoping that game against LSU taught our freshman quarterback some valuable lessons on not turning the ball over. If he doesn't throw any bad picks we might have LSU to thank for teaching us that lesson.

I would also disagree about our running game--we have solid backs with a great O line that can move the ball.

Well, we have played both of you and have some incite on what we think the outcome will be. Its also the biggest game in the SEC this weekend.

You didnt run it very well against LSU and that is gonna be your closest comparison to Bama. Who cares if you ran it well against Auburn and Moo st?

This. Vegas both thinks A&M and LSU are 10 point dogs to Bama on a neutral field. Adjusting for home field you get LSU+7, and A&M+13.

Guess 2 First Round Tackles (Both Juniors) and the SEC's leading rushing offense and rusher (JFF) means nothing.

What did they mean vs LSU and UF?

Do you know how I know that you are a swamp kitten?

LSwho should be focused on the Grinders. One win for State and the grind is back.

So because we lost our tackles didn't dominate all game? What exactly does losing the game have to do with their performance? If you are going to talk shite, at least make sense.

First, I think Bama is the best team in College Football.

That out of the way, what? I just saw a terrible QB that probably wouldn't start for some high schools shred Bama's secondary. Maybe it was a bad game, I don't know, but I was fairly shocked. I think we'll be able to get plenty of passing yards of Bama. The question is: Can we get those and not turn it over. I'm not sure JFF is yet to that level, but he's getting closer each game. We'll see.

Can JFF get the ball out of his hands quickly AND with accuracy?

I don't know what the hell LSU was feeding Mett the past two weeks, but that kid got rid of the ball with lightening speed, and his timing was near perfection. And his throws were very accurate. Mett took the damn hits Saturday and still made completions.

That's the key.

But, have y'all got a defense that can keep Bama's offense/running game off the field? If Saban/Nussmier (sp) have their way, they'll run the ball and eat clock, which leaves your offense off the field. When JFF is sitting on the sidelines, he's no longer dangerous.

Should be a dang good game.
