I expect us to have some success outside the tackles and to use a short passing game to extend the rushing attack. Sony could have a better game overall than Chubb in this one. Running between the tackles will be tough.

Chubb may have some success, if he runs outside. If he goes up the gut, Bama's front 7 will hold him to few yds.

But, I really think Bama can protect the edges well especially if they get in their defensive packages with speedier players. I think Bama can play a thumping style and they have speedy guys they can substitute in if UGA is having success on the edges.

It's all going to depend on Lambert's play and how he can read Saban's defense packages. How he reacts to some confusion and pressure is going to be the key to stopping Ga's offense. Imho, of course.

Best Oline in the conference vs best front 7 in the conference.

Should be fun.

Chubb goes for 150 plus, Michel gets another 100 all purpose, McKenzie gets a return for a TD. Dawgs win by 14 or more

I am not sure there is an OL that runs the toss sweep better than UGA, although a few might be as good, and the toss sweep has been noticeably absent from the early games this year. Also, I have a feeling that Bama will be met with both Chubb and Michel in the backfield at the same time, with multiple motions and options in how they are deployed. I would also guess there will be two TE sets that will give Lambert a short/midrange option if the DL is keying on that run.

, I imagine the blitzes we dial up will really affect Lambert pretty harshly.

And this is where Sony will take one to the house on a screen.

Maybe. Maybe not. Ball still has to get to him. Bama leads the nation in Passes broken up and passes defended. I'm excited about the game. It's going to be strength vs. strength.

This is a 4 loss Alabama team. They lose to Ole Miss, UGA, Fournette, and probably Aggy. Terrible QB and a joke OC

I think our defense can be run on and I think you'll have success too.

With Georgia, expect what you would not expect. So....Chubb is at 70+ before the end of 1st quarter and Vern saying "my goodness!" 3 or 4 times during his runs or during replays. Gary will add analysis by breaking down the blocking scheme during replays and commenting on how his change of direction, and patience, and burst make him so hard to defend. Vern to add "oh boy!" After Gary's breakdowns. Yes, I believe they have held back on their edge rush package until this game and were only going to use it if needed in the first 4 games. Saban is no dummy and knows this.
