Just wondering if he was moving after the lack of LB development this year?

Only way we salvage this hire is if Brick leaves and we get Coach O. At least we have good recruiting then.

I never said he would get hired. I've just seen chatter. Idiot fans gonna idiot fan.
Schematically it's not like we ran anything complex anyways. We just got a legitimately huge upgrade in the recruiting department. Obviously a downgrade in the coaching department from a coordinator position. And I'll sandwich that in saying he's probably a better LB coach than Chavis too.

He's a very good LB coach. He's an even better recruiter. But he's an average coordinator. He was essentially demoted after 2007, in favor of Smart. It's one of the reasons he left for Clemson after 2008.
