I guess I'd be whining too if the best known player from my school was a steroid user.

Yes, it matters MUCH MUCH more to me that they do well at Bama. If they do well in the pro's God bless em but I am a Bama fan. I have no pro team to root for.

I don't believe for a sec that you or any of these LSU fans are THAT concerned with how your exes do in the pro's. At least no more than we are, it's just something to hang onto since Bama is owning your arse right now.
If we were doing well in the pros all you idiots owuld be saying what does it matter? What did they do at Bama? and dont act like you wouldn't.

These fake concerns over what your players do after they leave school is a loser mentality. You try Find SOMETHING to criticize Bama about because you sure as hell can't find it on the collegiate football stage.

Yea,shame on them for being excited about a great catch that led to Carolina's unbeaten season coming to an end.

Point is whenever another team's fan talks about their former players in the NFL, Bama fans are always try the first to downplay it and say they only care about college production...your team sucks...blah blah blah.

and you don't think that those bama bust threads may, just perhaps, be the motivation for the threads bama nfl threads? Its all just a dumb circle of troll and response, just like everything else here.

I could care less about Pro anything; football especially. That shite is as rigged as wrestling is. I do find it funny that the Panthers didn't have hardly a single fan outside of the Carolinas and now every auburn fan on the planet is a panthers fan. Literally doubled their fan base overnight; at least until Newton goes to Dallas for big free agent money.

Nope, because I'm not a sidewalk fan unlike most Bammers.

You don't miss much do you?

That TD by Julio did kinda remind me of the one he had against LSU for a TD.

well i have to say i agree because they obviously don`t care for Roman Harper, because i`ve never seen a fan base so happy about Carolina`s winning streak being stopped. What did Roman do to make you guys dislike him so?

Non-Bama fans care only about what Bama fans care about.

Now that's really hilarious.

I really don't understand the big deal with this topic.

I'm from north Texas so I was raised a Cowboys fan. Way before I ever went to school at Alabama and became a Bama fan, I was a Cowboys fan. That's still my NFL team and they always will be. That being said, my love of Bama or certain Bama players means absolutely nothing once they get into the league. I generally hope that players do well for themselves, but unless they're playing for my team then I really don't concern myself with them at all. It's more like "Oh, Yeldon had a good day today. Good for him."

I think that's normal and reasonable for most fans who have a college team and a pro team. Trying to somehow beat your chest over an ex-player's NFL success, and then by extension using that to rep your college team is just bizarre to me.

I don't know. You tell me what he did. I didn't lose any sleep last night over what Roman Harper did.

Nor was I sitting on pins and needles waiting for Carolina to lose. I'd be happy for Shula and Harper and any other players/coaches with ties to The University.
