It's pretty simple, if duke and msu win bama is in, period. Duke can't win though so it's a moot point. Now if Winston is arrested or is injured early in the game things could get interesting but that's a long shot. Too bad there's not a playoff this year, Bama is easily a top 4 team and I'd like our chances in a playoff.

FYI having this conversation with a friend on Facebook, it's why I brought it up.

If it somehow happened, I think the gap between Alabama and MSU in the computers would still be big enough to get Bama in with only some voters putting them over MSU. I don't know why anyone would waste too much time arguing such a ridiculous hypothetical. If Duke beats FSU I'll eat twelve footballs.

About as much chance as Auburn winning 2 games in a row one on a tipped pass miracle and another on a 100 yard plus kick return on the last play of the game.
Obviously possible that's why they play the game.

i think the chances of that are about the same as the chances of auburn winning a title this year. around 0%

No way in hell Duke can beat FSU. Even if OSU loses, the SEC Champ will get in over Bama.

To be honest I would actually be weirded out if it happened ( an Iron Bowl rematch in Pasadena). Alabama backing in this year against Auburn for the State of Alabama's 5th consecutive BCS title would be so off the charts weird it would have to be the beginning of the end of time. If that happened and the Cubs win the World Series next year the trumpet blast can't be far behind
