Yes, I 'follow' them insomuch as incidentally reading about games in the newspaper or on line, or watching sports on TV.
That is different from making comments on Twitter or Instagram or Facebook like the ones given as examples on Fournette's accounts.
I'd rather 'follow' the Fightin' Tigers, not other teams' players.

You're sadly mistaken if you think this kind of stuff is limited to just Bama fans. LSU fans are not on the pedestal you think they are. If any kid worth a damn from Louisiana goes to college outside of LSU he gets eaten alive online.
