Isn't that obvious. First, the original chant was "we want LSU" but it wasn't very coordinated, as the Alabama sections were split up. Chanting "LSU" is much easier. Second, well they were chanting it because we would like to have another shot.

Pretty hilarious they just chanted "LSU" over and over
at least LSU chanted "We want Bama" so it didnt look as though we were just openly rooting for another team
