Let's rephrase it:
Would I rather have one championship that is in the books and lose to Bama 3 times in a row in the regular season,
Or,
Would rather be preseason #1, potentially beat Bama 3 times in a row in the regular season, have potentially 2 straight SEC titles, and a national championship?
I guess I would rather be in your situation right now on March 2nd because you have that January 9th win. But, overall, I would be happier with my scenario a year from now. Pretty good chance it happens that way, which is why continuing to bring up one game after the season strikes me as insecure.
But, carry on.
