High ankle sprain seems dumb to included with torn ligaments and broken bones.

Not entirely. high ankle sprains are extremely painful and can severely limit a person for long periods of time.

I've broken my nose twice, 2 fingers and both hips. I had a high ankle sprain in 1981 that took me 2 months to recover from and it still bothers me more today than any of the broken bones injuries.

I didn't realize this guy had such an extensive injury history. Are y'all not concerned about this?

Yeah, as others have said, it just depends on the severity of the sprain.
Personally, I've broken many bones (9 ribs, nose, wrist), and the most painful injury I've ever had was a severe ankle sprain playing basketball. It hurt bad enough it caused me to vomit and I was CERTAIN it was broken, but nope, just a sprain. I was sidelined for well over a month from it.

Bo is a real talent but has durability issues. We will likely try to manage his carries and give Harris and Emmons plenty of snaps. I'm guessing Bo gets 12-15 carries a game and the other guys split the rest. I think it will be a solid rotation.
