I have missed you Brertiger. I meant to tell you that last night in the stupid grammar thread.

I gave up Facebook for Lent so I'm hiding here instead. Lent's almost over but I've got 10,000 things to do at work so I'll be dropping off the Interwebz for a while here soon.

It was quite the treat to see you in the SECrOT last night.

That is like giving up doughnuts for Lent and replacing them with Marshmallow Peeps.

That aside, the treat was mine and I am happy that your sacrifice is my gain!

Not always.

Edit: Sometimes, it only takes a few years of getting your arse sent to the Citrus Bowl.

We used to respect UT. A lot. Then Phil Fulmer went secret witness against UA (illegal under NCAA bylaws and the little fact that UT boosters also were bidding on the player involved). Fulmer went holier than thou all the while UT was just as guilty as Bama, they just got outbid (UT offered $70k for the player).

Bama gets hammered by the NCAA. 6 years of lost later, we get Saban. Greatest coach of all time and are running a train through everyone now. And are in the middle of the greatest dynasty in NCAA history. So, in the words of one Chris Rainey:

"Time to die, bitches."

Precisely how I feel when I eat a doughnut on Friday instead of red meat.

I'm a bad, bad man.

Why do LSU fans keep bringing this up? If the SEC expands any further (and I think we all know it eventually will) the Tenn/Bama game is done, unless they redo the divisions. LSU could still end up playing Bama and UF every year

You can't blame all of it on Fulmer and the NCAA. Bama made a string of really bad hiring decisions. UT has recently had it's own NCAA investigation and we all know about the Kiffin/Dooley fiasco. Karma? Perhaps. You can't make these kinds of f*ck ups in the SEC and expect to win many games. In the end Bama had only itself to blame, just like UT now.

I know. But so did Tennessee boosters.

I'm thankful we got caught now. Because without getting caught we probably don't have the GOAT coach right now. Still would be beating UT's sorry arse, though.

We had a rogue booster who went full retard. It was always questionable what the Bama staff knew about it if anything. Williams and Cottrell said they weren't involved and sued the NCAA over it. They weren't successful.

Whatever it happened and Bama paid a heavy heavy price for it.

Fulmer is a fricking rat bastard and Tennessee deserves to suck.

It's got to be tough for Ohio State to ramp up the hate after winning 10 of the last 12 over Michigan.

The hate from them is overwhelming towards Alabama.

It's hard not to hate 'em when they hate us so much.

And they hate us because we owned them during their "glory" days of in the 90's.

History, this one means a ton to both sides. We hate orange, hate it. Best feel good win (cigars to the victors), worst feeling loss - do NOT want to be on losing end of this one.

Because Tennessee enjoys feeling appreciated and Bama is in major denial.

True, yes, did. Tee Martin says hello, Kiffin and Orgeron too.
