I thought north Carolina had a lot of white trash.lived in Georgia, not so much, south Carolina not so much. but it seems Alabama per capita might just have the most. us sophisticates from south Carolina wouldn't stand by while our momma got facial tattoos, maybe while our sisters got facials.
