But in November against LSU, McCarron didn't make the plays when called upon, including taking an ill-advised sack in overtime.

"Alabama's coaches told me AJ had five crucial opportunities in that game and went 0 for 5," Danielson said. "That's something he'll have to improve on, and I think he can."

He's just a Sophomore in his 1st season starting. He has improved since the 1st meeting. It's not like he's out there throwing a lot of Pick 6's.

The sack and the mis-read when he threw the to the corner were critical. I think he will be OK though, he didn't do anything to win the game but didn't cost Bama the game either.

Id say taking the sack in the OT sealed the loss.

When BAMA coaches do it, it's "just telling th etruth, Yo!".......for other coaching staffs it's throwing the player under the bus the coaches did not put the player in position to be successful.

The media eats it up. Saban and Co. can do no wrong.

The cult of Saban is surpassed only by the Penn State insanity.

If they were telling the truth they would have said Saban was out-coached again. Gumps were outplayed again. That was the truth.

It's really interesting. Early on in the season obviously it was all Jarrett Lee and Jarrett Lee's style of play. And, frankly, it was a burden.

Talking about a poor SOB that was thrown under a bus.

What was Miles thinking when he sent him in for one play to take a knee?

MCCarron's B-hole is going to be so tight in this game and the pressure will mount quickly. first mistake and saban rips him a new one so wide Kenny Hilliard could run though it.

Watched the interview with chavis, brockers & mo yesterday and when asked about Richardson being left open in the last meeting, chavis said it was his fault his players were out of position. You have to respect a coach that would say something like that.

LOL okay? Most coaches take responsibility for their teams mistakes. Even the evil, mean old Saban.

You should take this over to the Tiger Rant. They haven't really covered the issue yet.

Remember when les threw jj under the bus after his time management disaster?

That's what being thrown under the wheels looks like.
