Bama coach thought process when offered the job

Man, this is it, a team with an immense collection of talent, waiting for some new direction. What could go wrong?
DAY 1, Mass exodus of said talent.
DAY 2, coaches leaving in droves.
Day 3, NIL money drying up.
Day 4, realizing he doesn't have Nick Saban pull with South East High Schools. Do we play in the SEC W?
Reality sets in, I'm going to go 7-5 in yr one if things go WELL.

He seems like a great coach and this MAY turn out to be the next Bama Great......but:
-He is going to have to rebuild that program from the bottom up and the inside out on his own with his own flavor.
-Statistics don't bode well for that.
-You don't just pull the next Saban out of a hat, many have tied and failed miserably.
-Some of you younger Bama fans have NO IDEA how bad it was before Saban landed there. All you have known is dominance, that wasn't always the case.
