Because if Gary Johnson can get to 5 percent then the libreterians get federal funding and a spot in the debates for the next election.

Neither Romney or Obama are going to make a difference to the US Market/Global Market. Believing they will just means you're a Republican / Democrat and you'll believe what that party tells you.
