I liked what I saw from the offense scheme-wise. DeBoer’s reputation is well deserved. He knows how to get players in space and with Bama’s talent, that will be a problem for most defenses.
As far as the defense goes, they obviously didn’t look great yesterday but I’m reserving judgment until the blitzes start coming and the qb isn’t wearing a black jersey.
It’s going to be a different type of Bama team but I’m pretty optimistic.
