true, but it just got me thinking about how damn long it feels since DT was a freshman. To put that in perspective, Houston Nutt stumbled his way to a Cotton Bowl win over Dez Bryant, Kendall Hunter and Zac Robinson (Weeden was a sophomore) that year.This post was edited on 8/14/14 at 12:50 am

It's funny that he and Russell Shepard were the two most highly recruited players their senior year in high school, and both were very mediocre. I remember it was Tuberville's first year post Auburn, and he predicted that RS at QB would change college football forever.
