Just a heads up, our defense has only allowed 17.6 points per game, not 20.
OU had a pick six, those aren't points the defense allowed.
7 from Utah St. 19 from Ark. St. 27 from OU. 53/3 = 17.6 points allowed by our defense.

That's not really how the points allowed stat typically works. But if you are wanting to adjust for just points given up by the defense, then technically Alabama is at 10.5 a game, not 14
16 against WVU (7 came on a KO return)
0 against FAU
12 against Southern Miss
14 against UF (7 came on fumble return)
However, I have always seen all points count in this stat. They don't take out the non-offensive TDs scored against you.

So... can we finally agree that time of possession means absolutely nothing?

Using these stats, UGA is averaging 7.735 yards per carry as a team against Clemson, USCe, and Troy. That's absurd.

If other teams use hurry up like W.V. you are going ti get more plays dimwit.
Anyone who says players paying more plays doesn't risk more injuries is crazy ans in denial.

Done adding. I'm gonna go back and do an average for each section to see where your teams falls in each category.

I was thinking of the scoop and score from the Bama/UF game too and USC had 2 special team TDs given up...
Its not a true number for the defense if you include special teams and scores that the offense gave up.
