I think it's called getting a one up in a conversation vs your opponent. It's FUN to say Auburn has never won a NC as Auburn. It adds to the already well known stigma that Auburn fans don't truly believe they'll ever get one. Hence the thread topic.

Dude you must know nothing about Aubrin football. They are the Atlanta Braves of the SEC. Always a bridesmaid and never a bride. Oh yeah, alot a teams surrounding Aubrin also have good coaches and get good recruits as well. Bama, Ga, LSU, Tn, Fl., Luck is one thing not on Aubrins side. Its an old plantation curse from back in the day. They may never break it.
