So what happens when Bama and Auburn meet in the Iron Bowl, knowing they will turn around and meet again the next week in the SECCG? Bound to happen eventually.

Gus gets to scheme an extra week so
aubie loses by 30 in the ib
Aubie loses by 40 in atlanta
Or
Tie gus up and stick him in the press box with a dead microphone. Aubie sweeps

Considering Aubbie is the one team that we play well against, come on over ! UGA is to Aubbie as UF is to UGA.

This is very sad but so true

No. And I don't condone these weekly threads either. I think most AU fans would prefer to get back to playing UF and UT on a regular basis.

This is what is really sad about this board. A few weeks back I see a multi-page thread from a LSU poster with a scenario that selectively picks a "super conference" and intentionally leaves out Alabama.

Now we have a poster from our little sister's fan base trying to run and hide. SMDH

Oh no doubt. Same reason LSU fans are trying to push Bama and AU to the East and Vandy and Mizzou to the West.

We would still play them every year.

They obviously are scared they might have to play us twice.
This. We all know it. They do not want to have to play twice for the championship. Except when they did not win their conference or division.

Actually I haven't seen any AU fans trying to run and hid from Bama. I'd prefer a 9 game schedule where you could keep the UT rivalry (if you can call it that) and the AU game.

Not really we would just rather play real SEC teams like UT and UF along with UGA and Bama and not Texas A&M and Arkansas and the Mississippi schools.

I would really miss the LSU game though.

If you took Bama as your cross division rival then probably not much better though u do believe Tennessee would send you flowers every year for taking their auto L off their hands. Florida, Ga, SC, Tenn, and even MIZ have taken turns finishing rated in the top 7 on a regular basis. I'd like to see it. Looking forward to seeing Auburn at Mizzou this year, hopefully our new DC can figure out how to stop your RB.
