We just tried to leave but the cops are basically just telling everyone to go back to where we were....they didn't seem to be frantically looking around. Hope that means they caught the bastard. Prayers to fams & friends

FWIW, my wife, who is a criminal defense lawyer, says she doesn't expect any confirmed details tonight. Says they'll call in the coroner/medical examiner, district attorney, etc and that it will take a while.
In this case, with the increased interest, I guess it could happen a little faster than that, but I doubt it.
