All I can tell you is that there is, at least at this time, no available public record indicating he has been arrested. The only place that has reported it is this winningbets.com outfit. fwiw i think jeremy johnson is just as good as marshall, but marshall isnt going anywhere so it doesnt matter

Bert has had one arrest, here, since he's been HC, his first spring a player was arrested for DWI a misdemeanor that resulted in his dismissal from the team.
