I looked too, and was thinking the same thing. Seems if it were true more sources would be reporting it. Probably not true.

If it was a major news source, I doubt they would fabricate the facts. However, a betting site that 99 percent of people have never heard of could very well fabricate the facts

Even if every element of the report is true, I wouldn't give a sick rat's arse about it.
IF it is true: he was cited for "tinted windows" and he 'smelled like weed'. Yes, it would be a talked about story because of who he is / his history. But, NOTHING seems to be a big deal and nothing should happen to the young man.
