I couldn't care less about any Fulmer Cup committee. My point is about what passes as the legal system in Tuscaloser. A place where football players can be charged with multiplie counts of selling both cocaine and weed and only serve a few months in the county jail. A place where football players can beat people unconscious and then rob them and get zero jail time. A place where football players can be caught with a bundle of drugs and money and not be charged with any crimes

Great logic there loser. Why would they arrest them in the first place if it's as corrupt as you think? Wouldn't it be easier just to look the other way and let it ride?

Kurt Freitag never was arrested. Bammer has also had like 4 or 5 players sued by their own fellow students for supposedly beating the crap out of these students, yet none of these players ever faced any criminal charges.

DJ Pettways crimes were hard to ignore when you had two other students almost dead as a result of these attacks. I assume the victims could at least identify their attackers as rather large black guys. Kind of narrows down the field.

Be careful. You're about to impact our melt to success ratio ranking.

The communists that make up the West AL narcotics task force can't be bothered with real dealers; it's far more easy to bust students with personal-use amounts of weed. And then they give the story to al.com like they've actually accomplished something

Freitag rolled on a source, just like Jimmy Johns.

By the way, a walk on certainly doesn't get treated the same way as scholarship player. They don't get their tuition, books, room, and meals paid for.

And that has what to do with this situation? A member of auburn's football team got in trouble, now you're doing everything in your power to try to downplay it. You know good and damn well if a custodian at UGA farted in a board meeting you'd be here celebrating how thuggish the school is.

Not positive, but I don't think Malzahn even brought the walk on to school. I believe he was a kid who was already enrolled in classes and Auburn coaches just let him attempt to walk on this spring. That clearly makes him different than a normal scholarship player. I do know that he just walked onto Auburn's team this spring

Stop deflecting!! They were both AU football players thus making your program just as thuggish as the one at the Capstone. Told you those chickens were coming home to roost!!

The hypocrisy is jumping off the page. I can't imagine how in a tizzy you'd be if the schools were reversed.

Scholarship, redshirt, walk-on, it doesn't fricking matter. He was part of the team. He was on auburn's football team.

Oooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh well by all means then! Since he didn't meet the mandatory 6 month probationary period for official team status, his tPOS status is repealed.

One of many links on the true origins of the word Thug /thugee

This is well worth the read. I read about it awhile back they were a group of robbers and murders who traveled in packs and trick and swindled.

It's the same realm as calling some one a nazi.

Their actions are detestable as.... These actions of this group.

thug is not a racist word, people are just trying to defer and deflect what the narrative is.

Sorry, but if a guy was already enrolled in classes a coach isn't going to do much of a background check since the kid is already on campus anyway. It is nothing like Saban bringing in multiple players arrested for violent felonies that wouldn't be on campus without Saban bringing them there

we're talking about auburns frick ups, not bamas. Let's also not ignore that gus brought in people kicked out of other schools, one of which got in trouble again while at AU and suffered no punishment.

The walk on is listed as a senior on Auburn's official website which tells me he was indeed already enrolled in school before he walked onto the football team. Only internet tards would hold the football coach as being responsible for someone he didn't bring to campus
