think that is actually an Opelika paper, but spin your way, since your a-hole is still bleeding

So when Opelika got the Wal*Mart it was "Auburn's Wal*Mart," but now all of a sudden when there's heat in this particular kitchen its "Opelika's Paper"? Hmmmmmmmm.

If the Oxford Eagle ran a story like that, I'd want the editor fired for it. I don't want to be associated with that shite, but this newspaper thinks that is acceptable and defends it. They just don't give a frick and put a cheap headline in front to appeal to the brain dead masses who never pick up a newspaper.

So where is the petition of Auburn people defending the Bama grad who wrote it?

I don't know why Auburn fans get defensive about this. The fans and university aren't responsible for what some paper prints

I don't really care one way or the other. I think it's pretty tacky but I don't put the blame of any sort on Auburn the University or it's student body/faculty.

I do find it interesting the narrative that it has nothing to do with the university but if some random people hold flags on the oxford square it's an indictment on Ole Miss and it's fan base as a whole.

So what you're saying is you would do the exact thing Auburn fans are doing.

FWIW, the owner and editor and Bama grads.
Nothing unusual about that. Alabama grads own and operate the vast majority of Alabama's businesses...Auburn grads work for us.

This year has demonstrated why OM will never be and SEC power again. Their fans don't know how to handle it. Even Miss State is better prepared to handle the spotlight than the mama boys in Oxford

Just because you are too young to understand it, doesn't mean it isn't historically accurate. Look it up.

I don't think fans have anything to do with performance on the field outside of stadium noise so I would disagree with your hypothesis.

What the hell?

Auburn has it's own Wal-Mart. Why would we claim Opelika's? Why would we claim a Wal-Mart in the first place?

I don't give a frick which fan base wrote it. If he was an Ole Miss grad, I'd want the same thing. The fact is he knew this headline would appeal to the biggest retards in your fan base, and wasn't likely to scare off the people who were going to buy it anyway. It's clear which fan base the article was to appeal to, and the fact that some of y'all are saying it's printed in Opeleka excuses it, despite the fact that it is largely sold in Auburn AL and has it in the newspaper's name.

Oh well good thing whether they are an SEC power or not is 100% up to the fans and how they act. You dumb fricking idiot.
