No way. Not with Marshall throwing for 3500 yards
INT return yards don't count for the QB, sorry. He will be closer to 2500 yards with a drastic drop in team rushing YPG

Seriously, this isn't a difficult concept.
the original thread title was unclear because it omitted the fact he meant the national leader in rushing yards. it has since been updated

If he gets to 2500, our rushing will be about 3k.

I do believe that Georgia Southern had the most yards per game rushing this year...just didnt get to play in 13 games.

"Edit?"
How about checking my second post in the thread? Sorry for figuring that "First.. in SEC History" would lend itself to be a contextual reference to the national statistic.

Not a single Alabama wishbone team won a rushing title? Interesting.

So you think if he throws for 500 more yards than last year, you will rush for 1400 yards less than last year. Thank you for agreeing with my statement

If he throws more, we should be more balanced.

Whats the joke?
Oh. Sorry. I thought you were joking, since that was a very obvious statement. With 72% of your plays being rushes, if he passes for 500 more yards than last year, obviously you will be more balanced. I thought it was a joke/funny that you had to state it...
