Just my opinion, experience is nice, but I'd like for our staff to get younger moving forward, especially on defense. Craig and Lashlee bring a ton of energy in recruiting.

Both old geezers go into a recruits home and sit down to sell their program. Which one of these old farts are you gonna sign with? Just my outsiders opinion - AU needs strong coaches more than they need strong recruiters. Y'all had strong recruiters the last go 'round.

i'm speaking more on position coaches. Johnson wasn't brought in to recruit.
i like the staff we have in place... i just would like to see us go after younger guys as positions open up (something Saban has done a lot of, btw)
