even if AUburn was good in the 80s, that doesnt' mean they win every game with Clemson during that decade. my point is Auburn and Clemson didn't play during many of Clemson's best seasons.

Dream on. People are predicting Auburn to be solid this year. That means your 50/50 to go bowling. There won't be any clock shenanigans to bail you out either, not that you'll keep it close enough for that to matter.

Actually, reality is that up until a few years ago, Auburn was tied with Georgia Tech for number of SEC titles. Tech hasn't been in the SEC since the early 60s.
edit: I bet, though, that Auburn has a better winning pct than Clemson long term and the last 25 years. Well, but I do forget just how horrible the ACC was till lately so that helps the winning pct of Clemson, FSU, and every other decent team in that conference.
Yep. Auburn at #16 and Clemson #20 alltime. Auburn #19 and Clemson #20 since 1990.

u are in a conference that has been dominated by Bama since Saban arrived. u not in much of a position to say other conferences suck. if conference is so competitive, then alabama shouldn't win it most every year.

Far be it from me to be a SEC defender, and I am not, but facts are that in football, the ACC has had damn few national titles compared to the SEC.

national titles has nothing to do with conference depth and ceomptitiveness.
again that's a team accomplishment, not a conference accomplishment. football isn't a tag team conferneece sport like you seem to think.
