I disagree 1000000%. I know it didnt work out last year, but I would much rather play a system offense like Auburn early in the season rather than later

Going with AU because it isnt at night and we should be the slightly better team.

Last time it wasn't at night, LSU throttled Auburn by 5 touchdowns, FYI.

Yep. More likely that our front 7 rotation is all healthy. LSU needs big TOP and a good rotation to beat Auburn's offense in that kind of heat. If either defense gets tired it could get very ugly

Setting the record straight:
The OP is correct, AU has indeed only won 3 games in Tiger Stadium going back to the 1941 game, which was a tie.
Meanwhile, LSU has won only 5 games in what is now called Jordan-Hare Stadium, as the two teams didn't meet on AU's campus field until 1970. In recent years, the Bayou Bengals have had roughly the same lack of success on the road in the series as AU has: since the two teams began playing every season as division rivals in 1992, LSU is 4-8 at JHS, compared to AU's 3-8 mark in TS.

So, an Auburn win this year would put the two teams dead even at both overall record and home field advantage since the first SEC expansion.

AU vs LSU 1992-2014

Yep, while LSU only has 3 wins at Kyle, A&M has 10 wins in Tiger Stadium.

Impressive.

All a part of being highly rated... Would you rather be UK or Vandy and NEVER see A cbs game???????????

I would be fine with never playing a 2:30 game. I would not be fine with being UK or Vandy.
I understand why the 2:30 CBS games happen, and I get that they mean we're a good team with a good matchup, but I still think it's unfair in general for the TV station to tell us to play a day game in our stadium. But hey, I'm just a random guy on the internet.

I still get pissed at that little fricker in the red hat telling us when to resume play.

There's an event going on at the stadium, TV should be there to cover it, not direct it.

Good grief! Even the networks are in on the conspiracy against LSU...

Big 12 is looking better and better isn't it?
