As a State grad I would like to say I agree with this entire post. Auburn was only played close or lost because of their own mistakes. No one every succeeded in accomplishing anything against them last year. Florida State can thank Auburn for not covering the route across the middle in the final seconds of the NC. That won't be repeated this year.

Auburn will go undefeated this year and no one will play them close. Especially not Miss State. State will be lucky to get a first down in that game. State has no chance. I say 49 - 0 Auburn, with Auburn backups taking a knee the entire 4th quarter, just to give the defensive reserves some reps.

Auburn recruits 4 and 5 stars who turn into 3 and 4 stars. If they developed talent they'd have a lot more talent. You always hear "more talent" coming from Auburn people because they constantly look at how good the player was when Auburn signed them instead of how well teams with lesser recruited players are doing against them. That's why they think every loss or close game is a fluke -- they don't understand talent development. EX: Benardrick McKinney was a 2-star.
