Winning the Conference Tournament is more prestigious than the regular season title.
LSU is the regular season Champs, Auburn is the SEC Tournament Champs.

Amazingly enough, LSU has won only one SEC tournament, that one occurring in 1980.
Since then, Auburn has won two (1985, 2019).
Also since 1980, the year LSU won their one and only SEC tournament, Auburn has won 7 SEC football championships and LSU has won 6.

yeah, you're right, LSU blew that game, I blame no one even though they were a lot of missed calls on LSU's side. Just go back and watch the tape and it'll show it, but LSU started out strong on these people and certainly should have or had their chance to put Fla away, and they didn't do it. They fizzled at the end.
