Well deserved IMO. Gus and the Tigers are looking at a very successful year. He's probably the #2 coach in the league.
Butch Jones
Also, would you take Richt or Kirby right now?

“The Dodd Trophy is unique in the sense it looks beyond rankings, wins or losses,” award chairman Jim Terry said in a statement. “This is the most-coveted coach of the year award because it measures the overall impact these coaches have on their players and their communities."

The football program scored a 980 in APR during the 2015-16 academic year, which was tied for second among SEC programs and also significantly higher than it was the year prior to Malzahn taking over the program (950)

Depends on if you want to have solid 10 win seasons and win the division every now and then or if you want to stack up on talent to eventually have a top level elite team and roll the dice on coaching skill.

Not sure what makes you think I believe Orgeron is some great coach. He doesn't deserve to be on that list either.

That might just give the Cheetahs the edge. They've worked hard and earned it.
*Heisman QB
*Best running game
*Best 1st and 2nd team defense
*Amazing coach
I doubt any team will be able to beat this.
