Why were they taking off going to off campus recruiting? I don't remember hearing anything is the reason why I'm asking.

This is what you do as a self punishment for secondaries. happened before, happens elsewhere as well, all the time

They were taken off going to off campus recruiting. They are still recruiting from campus


The recruiting 'trail' would indicate off campus.

Well why exactly are the NCAA investigating. I thought it was the school that reports secondary violations to the NCAA unless something has changed.

How long do you keep a coach from off campus recruiting for punishment?

We have done it for several months the past couple of years for contacting recruits when they were not supposed to. Seems very similar to me.

That's why they are interviewing Bama players that were recruited by Auburn. Secondary violations. Nothing more.
