Clemson fans have become extremely arrogant. Very delusional about the talent on their team as well. This weekend is going to be a lot of fun bringing them back down to reality.
If there was an over/under on the amount of Clemson fans that will still be posting here come Sunday and you set it at 0.5, under would still be the safe bet.
Let me get this straight....We have been in the last 2 CFP Championship games against the only legit team in the SEC right now that is probably the greatest program ever in college football in which we won one, we are ranked in the top 5, we have a 6.5 point favorite to win, our Defense is top 5 in the nation, we have beaten Auburn 3 straight and call us Delusional?
Go figure...

He also called Clemson fans extremely arrogant, which they are. The recent success Clemson has enjoyed is, no doubt, remarkable, but it's just that--recent success. Prior to Dabo taking over, Clemson was a perennial 7-8 win team. And I'm not just saying Clemson fans are arrogant based on message boards--tigernet sure shows that to be true--I'm also referring to IRL Clemson fans that I know and have met.

I dislike Ohio State but thought this was pretty arrogant.

That was petty and classless.
Instead of doing something to, ohhhhh..I dunno....honor the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas, they decide doing that lame shite is the better decision.
Pathetic.

I wouldn't go as far as arrogant, but we have a chip on our shoulder. We have been the punchline of a lot of teasing for years that SEC SEC fans may not have experienced directly and were participatory in...We remember the "ACC Wheel of Destiny" the Lou Holtz, Mark May and Reece Davis hammered us on over the years..they also were probably the creators of "Clemsoning"....Years of that being stuck in your side like a hot poker add up..
I'll even agree we need to dial back our rhetoric a bit..for example, I think the Clemson Band was in poor form rubbing OSU 31-0 display at halftime.
With all of that said, we ain't going to back away from a fight.

Chip on your shoulder? That proverbial chip would have gone away in 2014 when Clemson won the Orange Bowl, and if not at that time, then definitely the following year.

So, the first quote shows the delusion and the second shows the arrogance. Congrats, didn't take but two posts to prove Bowl right.

Truthfully they're a lot scarier than LSU. That's just a fact. They beat LSU with lesser teams in the recent past. I'd hate to see what they'd do to y'all now.

Well..USC rarely gets something significant being posted on the main forum...someone has to represent the State.
Disagree. They have contributed baseball championships and a final 4 appearance. Plus, I personally know a lot of their fans, and their fans are mostly really cool.
Clemson fans, on the other hand, are bragadocious, obnoxious, know-nothing jackasses.
I'll take USCe fans and contributions over Clemson fans and their one miracle season any day.

2012 and it was a close game. Could've ran the clock out but pulled a Sumlin

No I really don't think it would be. Y'all did not upgrade the quality of your OL. That offense I don't care if it was Kent State ran flawlessly like Watson never left. Most of The Clemson fans that are here are complete douchebags but I can recognize a great team when I see it. With our offensive woes right now I don't know ifI Bama could beat them. We will see if the offense progresses during the year but what I saw from our OL were not ready for them yet.

So your last two teams, led by Deshaun Watson and a much of other guys no longer on your team (that barely beat us last year btw), are going to be playing against those other 3 Auburn teams that y'all beat, and not the 2017 team?
Yup. You confirmed your arrogance.

Scheme changed. They looked drastically better vs BYU. Still need to work on getting to the next level but the new zone blocking scheme will need time to adjust to. LSU's D would hold Clemson to very little.

Should be a good game. I expect Marlon Davidson and Jeff Holland to have Kelly Byrant put to the fire. We'll see if he hardens like good steel or stays soft and gives way to adversity.

Guys that were on your team lost to Clemson, guys that were on our team beat Auburn. The guys on our team that come back won their match up against the guys that are coming back for your team.

I have to lean Clemson in this one. Bryant looked damned good Saturday with no hiccups. Dabo also loaded up on the d-line, again. Clemson is playing at home at night. Auburn has more question marks that still needs to be answered. Pettway and Kyle Davis are coming off suspensions and could be rusty. They also had a few receivers drop balls this past Saturday against a weak defense, don't know how they will react against a top 5 defense. Stidham will face a true pass rush for the first time ever as well. Alot of these things aren't good for Auburn. I can see Clemson blowing Auburn out and if they do lord help us.

I can see Bama losing to Fresno
