One of Alan Jackson's nephews went to Auburn in the early/mid 90s and Alan would often come to visit and be seen riding his bike around campus. Alan's middle daughter also went to Auburn. These make sense maybe more than the others because of the proximity to Newnan.
Outside of Atlanta/Georgia celebs, I know that Jeff Fisher sent both a son and a daughter through Auburn, and Randy Owen's youngest daughter went to AU as well.

Weird idea for a thread. Not sure Big Boi and Jeff Foxworthy are all that noteworthy anyway. I'm a golfer and am more impressed that Nancy Lopez's daughter went to Auburn and both of Davis Love III kids and Tom Kite's daughter went to Alabama. All SEC schools probably have the kids of famous people attending their school.

raised 4 kids in the ATL. Georgia is very hard to get into. Auburn is not. Georgia Tech is not easy to get into. auburn, no problem. I had 2 kids graduate from LSU. Neither could have gotten into Georgia as an incoming freshman.

basically for people that don't get into uga. Also growing up in ga, Auburn was closer to where I lived than UGA was.
You got to think, don't get into uga, but don't want to go to ga southern or Kennesaw state, go to auburn.
