Hahaha one time? He was the lead writer on the largest Auburn website, did a "series" on Alabama's cheating, went on talk shows spreading his lies and promising to bring evidence and then vanished into the night.
Maybe he went back to his first true passion of erotic fantasy novels.

I don't hate Marshall. Rarely read his writing through. My issue is that he rarely offers new insight, simply being up things from the past. He is like a columnist as opposed to a journalist. And seems like he writes his column the night before its published. Which is why no new info is shared.

IMO, Phillip Marshall used to have inside sources and could actually bring new info to readers. Seems after Tubbs got the can, PM lost his inside credentials and just parrots info others have already scooped.

Point being to blame Alabama for the investigating of Newton is laughable. They admitted his father solicited money and you know he knew about it but it was just never proven. You had four players, in person not some twitter post, admit to receiving money to play at AU. What happened? Nothing

I am not blaming anybody for anything. I am just pointing out that a lot of your fans were so desperate for Auburn to go on probation in the Cam case that you were begging the media to keep trying to dig up dirt on Auburn.
I don't think you want to talk about accustations of cheating considering all the stuff we know for a fact that has gone at Alabama under Saban like HaHa Clinton Dix receiving money from a strength coach, Brandon Gibson flying on the private jet of an Alabama booster, and Marcel Dareus taking money during his career. All those things have been basically admitted to by both bammer and the NCAA. There must also be some truth to the DJ Fluker stuff considering Alabama banned Luther Davis from campus for serving as the middle man between DJ Fluker and the agent. The doesn't even include the t-town mens wear stuff, numerous players driving cars they likely cant afford, or Pat White claiming he was offered a corvette from Alabama
OTOH, the HBO 4 that bammers tards like you keep bringing up basically admitted that they have no proof to support their accusations against Auburn. Stanley McClover also claims LSU was the very first school to offer him money, and Nick Saban was their head coach at the time. Funny how you bammer tards always leave that tidbit out of the story

There is nothing better in CFB than the guy who claims all allegations against his school are clearly fabricated then makes basically the same allegation against his rival and is incredulous to the idea that you don't agree.

There is no irony, moron. Nowhere in my post did I claim the Pat White stuff had been proven, and I clearly separated the lists into things that had been proven and things that had not

PM has for a long time been the best source of inside info on Auburn. Like many beat writers he is a homer, but that is why he has so many sources. He has less info than in the past…someone mentioned because Tubbs is gone. The truth is very little info is leaking out of the current coaching staff because they don't need the media like past staffs did. They can and do control the message via social media, etc…CGM staff isn't the only school doing these things now a days.
