Lets not get carried away, it was WCU.

No one is basing how good our OLine is by the WCU game. They've been doing it all year including against LSU.

So... the first time Texas A&M doesn't score at least 40 all season happens against Auburn? And they score half that, no less? You are a football genius, I say!

Yeah, Beer Bryant will occasionally post some good insight, and then he swoops in with some of base shite like that and ruins it.

I just find it funny that no matter what we do, everyone still believes we are ripe for an upset. If we beat Auburn, it will be "I think Vandy has a real shot at upsetting A&M, their D is awful"

You'd think after being wrong over and over and over, people would learn...but that isn't how it works I guess

Games like this really polarize teams, just like it did last year. They know how sharp they have to be from this point forward.

This game will be a high scoring nail biter. Just flip a coin.

Beer Bryant isn't a very good source for football information.

This stat right here.

AU is #7 in the nation in rushing
A&M is #104 in the nation in rush defense

AU wins. This is not the AU team from 2012.

This one is tough imo. On one hand AU has gotten better each week and might have the best running game in the SEC. Our defense does a great job of keeping other teams our of the endzone and our DL is progressing nicely.

However, AU still turns the ball over way too much and gives up big plays on defense. We don't have a consistent passing game and Manziel is like Cam, where they both find ways to bring their team a W.

I think with this game being at A&M and the fact that I still don't trust our LB core or our passing game to play at the level we need A&M wins by 10-14. But I would not be surprised at all if we won in a nailbiter

I'm just saying, TAMU will stop AU's offense more than AU will stop TAMU's offense on the road. That's not a homer assessment. Here's what will happen: TAMU will stack the box and force AU's QB, whoever it it, to beat them with his arm. That's not likely to happen.

Beer Bryant is the worst poster on the SECR and isn't a good source for anything.

Agreed. A one dimensional team won't outscore A&M's offense. Auburn will need to score 50+.

Actually they won't, but I understand you wanting them to.

A&M offense probably played its worst game of the season and still put up 41. We are gonna be in the 50s next week. Auburn wont keep up even though it will look like they are scoring at will. As last night showed you, we only need like 3 stops a game to win.

They can stack the box all they want, Malzahn will just transition to the edges.

And what makes you think A&M CAN shut down Auburn's running game?
