Lets see how well they rebound from the loss to LSU this year before we put them in the playoffs.

Your opinion doesn't upset me the least bit. I'm fully confident in a win this year.

Y'all Auburn fans are gonna hate this, but if LSU, Georgia, Bama, and USC can get solid QB play and avoid injuries, those are likely to be the most complete teams in the SEC come this season. I'm not seeing Auburn as having the same quality depth in all aspects as the aforementioned teams.

They have one of the best offenses, but I wouldn't say they are the most complete team. Their defense will need to be improved, and possibly red shirting Lawson doesn't help.

Auburn does play a far tougher schedule than LSU. In addition, if it rains, LSU would have an advantage there, so I'd say you have a reason to be confident.
But let's say that backfires: the tough schedule only makes them tougher and it doesn't rain... Auburn wins by 30.

When is the last time auburn beat us by 30? Or anyone else for that matter?

It's hard to disagree with this. They were the most successful SEC team last year and a lot of people are losing QBs.

Stopped reading here. No need for message.
The Dynasty will be in full force this year and will be the most complete

2013 3 games they won by 30 or more.
Western Carolina 62-3
Florida Atlantic 45-10
Tenn 55-23

Its sounding like Carl Lawson may have to take a redshirt due to a knee injury, so their D-Line could be taking a significant hit.

I reserve my right to withhold judgment. Will make a final determination at a later date. Making motion to rename this thread: "AU has the most complete rush offense in the SEC" or "AU has the most complete clover (four leaves) in the SEC"

You're so clever

You left off one.
Auburn won the SEC with last year's team and all the players that return should be better and understand the systems better. Teams usually make the greatest improvement from year 1 to 2. Plus they did as good of a job as anyone in the nation at upgrading their talent across the board and at positions of need.

I'd like to see the yr 1 v yr 2 comparisons for teams that had a horseshoe up their arse yr 1. For instance:
Les Miles (LSU) 2005 (Year 1) 11-1 regular season
Les Miles (LSU) 2006 (Year 2) 10-2 regular season
Since AU doesn't win 10 games in consecutive years historically, should we expect 9-3?
