Parker Hall was my home (math/computer major). Lots of sentimental attachment there.
Still, that place needs to be razed. Start over. Its a mess
Know that feeling, spent a many o hours in there myself.

I hope they continue their work on the exterior of JHS and do something about the north and south endzones.
I thought that's what this thread was about. JHS needs a facelight badly. BTW, the new AU Arena is damn nice.

Everything about that place is gorgeous...except the team that takes the floor.

Have fun future Auburn students. Georgia Tech had major construction projects solid from 1990-2010. The new buildings are nice, but the diversions and closures get annoying after a while.

What in the world are they doing letting the Physiology building stay?
That thing is a piece of junk that needs to go WAY before Parker or Haley.

This is what I was going to say. I'm glad Auburn is doing so much to improve the campus, but it's been one giant construction site since I've been here. It is extremely annoying. As soon as they finish work on one thing, you think everything is back to normal....then they close everything off and start building something else.
Oh, and yes...Parker hall needs to go. That place is a shithole.

Auburn has already been under contruction for the last 12-13 years at least, so it's nothing new.

Blue Room Isn't this what is now Sky Bar? I feel like hearing that at one point
Yes it was blue room, then before that it was fourth quarter, always the same owners, the griders. They own, or at least daddy owns, those plus the highlands or whatever it is called now
Posted on 11/2/11 at 11:24 am to NYCAuburn
They lost the lease on the building that was Highlands/Pulse/Legends/Hunters Lodge, etc.
They own the former Botchers building though, but it's been closed for 2 years

Before the 4th quarter it was Neons. And before that it was Ultrabox or something like that. I think it changed owners when it became Neons after being Ultrabox or Blackbox or something.

Good, I forget who owns the land on that and sky bar, but I think it is the same guy.

So they can have a more hole in the wall place to do their scandalous shite at. Daaddy pays for everything with them and they act like they are the ones putting up the money

They closed it down 2 years ago when the manager of there left for a better job, and no one wanted to go work there.

I think Neons is when the current people took over, because it has almost been the same ever since. Well there was a brief stint where it didnt have a name and was a hip hop/dance club/ pool hall

I can't wait for the new portion of Shelby center to open up. Good time to be an AU engineering student.

And smaller than the old arena so it looks less empty when no one shows up.
