no, the kicker didn't help their cause, but that non-call offensive PI kept them in long field goal range. Tack on 15 yards back, and that dramatically changes the last drive. Of course, Hernandez would have just had to push off the facemask of the defender 15 yards further down field.

I can understand soem calls on both sides were bullshite. You also have to remember Florida did damn well with 3 defensive starters out and the heart of our defense Brandon Spikes. granted that wasn't why the game was close, but it didn't help. The Gators players heads were not in the game until late. I commend Arky for hanging tough.

If I was an arky fan I would be livid about the officiating absolutely. But in a couple of days I would look back and remember all of my teams missed opportunities that the refs had nothing to do with. I don't begrudge arky fans for being pissed atm and I don't think the gators deserved that win (regardless of refs we fumbled four freaking times it was pathetic) but the gators did win, and no amount of bitching is going to change that.
