I am very impressed with both of these teams in a huge-time situation. Both of those games could have gone either way. LSU had a huge two innings when the Tigers broke it open with 4 runs in the 7th and 3 in the 8th. Up until that point, this series was as even as it could possibly be. Even when LSU went up 9-5, I knew aTm wasn't through. aTm is very good, and if they, and LSU, continue the way they're playing, they will both deserve national seeds. I know these two games were as tough to lose as they were exuberant to win, but noone should be disgusted with either of these teams in any way shape or form. They have both left it all out on Skip Bertman Field the past two days. Congrats to both teams, this series has been dynamic.

Looks it is just like us against Bama in football. They just seem to find a way to win even when outplayed most of the game just Like LSU baseball does. Hence, I can sympanthize with you and feel your pain. (Hence all the National Championship banners for both.) The box is a as tough a venue in baseball as Tiger Stadium is in football. We are hot now but who is hot in about 3 weeks is going to matter.
You have a very good team, just need a little bit more consistent defense. I will pull for you and all SEC teams to host a regional.
