But in a football rivalry that spills over into everything else, you know it means a lot between the fans.

Honestly whether AU beat bama 3 games to 2 or the other way around in bases is practically meaningless to me. Football is one game each year that means the most in the sport that matters the most. Basketball matters more to me also, because each SEC basketball game means more as far as making the tourney.

The 2-3 bases record between the two teams just doesn't matter.

The only reason you jumped in on this thread and tried to talk shite is because you thought Auburn must have beaten Alabama more this year due to them having the higher seed. I find it funny that when you realize you were wrong, it turns into "baseball doesn't matter to me." If that were the case, you wouldn't have replied to this thread.

Damn you are one dumb piece of shite.

I did not say baseball does not matter to me. I said the opposite. Learn to read or STFU.

Also, I said a 3-2 series record in bases over a season between two teams is meaningless. Again, learn to read or STFU.

On paper SC damn near caught a break having GT get a national seed over them. Many expected if SC got the 8th seed they'd be paired with the Atlanta regional. No disrespect to Coastal but I think going to Coastal is an easier matchup for SC in the Supers than having GT or 'Bama come to Columbia. And yes I think 'Bama has more than enough capability to make it out of the Atl. regional.

If Auburn had won 3 of 5 against Alabama, your dumbass would be on here crowing about how Auburn is better than Alabama. When it comes down to it, the weekend and first round game in Hoover, Alabama owned Auburn this year.

No, I would not have. You probably would, but then again, you seem to be pretty stupid.

See my repeated assertions you are an idiot. If that is what you think you know NOTHING about baseball.

Winning 5 maybe 4 would have been owning us. But winning 3 of 5 is hardly owning us. Especially considering we won the west.

One of my best friends plays for GT, so I just texted him and said they better take care of business this weekend.

Yes, he was wrong and now that series record is not in favor of his failed flame attempt he's trying to spin that series records don't really matter. LOL

Bingo. Except Tiger n Cuba did say he keeps up with baseball. So it actually turned into, "well, winning 3 of 5 really isn't that impressive".

If he followed Auburn baseball, he'd know that Alabama beat them this year. Since that glorified scrimmage in Montgomery, Alabama has taken 3 of 4 from Auburn, including a 7-1 thrashing last Wednesday in Hoover.
