BIG XII stats from two years ago when determining Preseason ALL-SEC

But to entertain your idea:

2014 Alex Ross:

23 ret., 718 yds., 31.2 avg., 1 TDs

2015 Evan Berry:

21 ret., 804 yds., 38.3 avg., 2 TDs

Am I missing something or is Evan Berry better in every statistical category

Arden Key over Tim Williams? This is going to go well....

Might have to do with the fact that Key's a DL while TM's a LB

User Jesse Quesadilla is just mad because SJWU has zero first team picks and VOLS have six imo

Over Christian Kirk?

We had the best Special Teams play in the country last year. That's a fact. Sutton and Berry busted skulls at PR and KR and our Punter came out of nowhere, earned the job in camp and wound up being so good that the number 1 recruit at that position who we all thought would be playing this season is now looking to transfer for playing time.

Probably, I thought the Arkansas game was over after that first kick off.

Just like Garrett. He had 6 sacks in SEC play, Key had 5.

not to mention Key was a freshman

he also recorded 8 tackles and 1.5 sacks vs TAMU, in another convincing win for the Tigers.

Why would I be mad about that? I know how these preseason things work.

Bluebloods=preseason hype

Non bluebloods=none

what's not to love?

SEC All Freshman Team
2015 Freshman All American

He had 5 sacks, all vs SEC teams and didn't get his first start until Eastern Michigan, the 5th game of the year.

Again, as a true freshman.

Chubb being behind Hurd is the single dumbest thing I have ever seen.

This is also for 2016 and not 2015, Arden Key is going to be a force to be reckoned with this season. I certainly would not want the responsibility of trying to block him.

Unfortunately for us that was the highlight of the game. That was a tough loss because we simply got outplayed. In hindsight though it also shook the team up. It became a turning point game where afterwards they took stock of what had happened and really matured as a team.

It is funny because it was for Arkansas as well in a lot of ways. We started so poorly that the win in Knoxville gave the players some much needed confidence.

Its a preseason ranking. Chubb's coming off a serious knee injury. Before all the UGA fans come in here and tell me how well his recovery is going, hes still unproven (this coming season - he's obviously proven himself in his career) until we get in the games and see how he's recovered. I'm sure that's part of it

You means it's dumber than some of the things you've seen on monstercock.com?

He will be solid. Demetria Wise, AJ Jefferson and especially Marquis Haynes are all more proven. Every team has at least one guy like Arden Key. Several have better, more proven guys.

Marquis Haynes should have made the team. No talented guy in this league gets more overlooked than he does. He's been among the top two or three rush ends in this league for two years now.
